Attractive buyer
and seller fees
We offer competitive fees, shared between sellers and buyers, based on a sliding scale that depends on the transaction amount and the property category.
Fine art
For amounts up to CHF 1 million,
our fees are fixed at 10%, and then at 8% and 6%.
Rare watches
For amounts up to CHF 100,000, our fees
are fixed at 14%, and beyond that at 10% and 8%.
Classic cars
For amounts up to CHF 500,000, our fees
are fixed at 10%, and beyond that at 8% and 6%.
Full confidentiality for
buyer and sellers
The Source puts in direct contact buyers and sellers (or their representatives), following mutual consent.
This approach allows for negotiations in absolute confidentiality, whether conducted directly or through your chosen representatives. Representatives are trusted professionals such as Lawyers, Bankers, Wealth Managers and Family Offices. The Source’s in-house Heads of Departments are on hand to help facilitate a sale, and will look to field and answer any questions or queries relating to a listing of interest.
We operate within the strict guidelines of international law and observe confidentiality and privacy, in relation to all personal data and identity.
Transactions without
need of intermediaries
Anyone with experience in buying and selling rare, luxury items knows that transactions can stall due to brokers focussing on their own interests and commissions, to the point where the transaction is blocked, fails or is abandoned.
Not at the Source !
We remove the need for third-party intermediaries, bringing buyer and seller parties together directly as Members of our exclusive online club.
Asset due diligence
With the help of our department heads,
we meticulously verify all documents provided by the sellers (certificates, purchase contracts, insurance certificates, etc.) and check the provenance of the items and their presence in the catalogs to ensure their traceability.
Identification (KYC) of
both buyers and sellers
The Source is committed to annually donating to good causes.
Each year, The Source will make a significant financial contribution to a worthy
and deserving charitable entity that looks to do good in the world.
For 2024, we have chosen to support the THEODORA FOUNDATION,
which entertains children in Swiss hospitals and specialized medical facilities, bringing joy to those in need of it most.
